Starting the perimeter fence.

After we cleared the perimeter, we set the 10 ft utility poles in the ground. The holes were dug with a post hole digger and packed firmly with a tamping rod, which is a very heavy metal tool that is flat on one side and dull point on the other. We then set pipe between the poles for strength, securing them with nails. Next the t-posts were set 10 ft apart with the help of our neighbor and his bobcat.

Another day with a powerful machine!!!

After the back hoe dug up the tree roots we had our wonderful neighbor help us clear the under brush, move all the brush, manage the burn pile, move all the posts /fencing and smooth out the dirt. We know this saved our backs and about a year's worth of time with us trying to do this all ourselves! He did all this in one day!
We now have all the spaces cleared for future buildings and the perimeter fence line. We cannot thank our neighbor enough!!!!
