Well, no pictures for a while, actually not much progress either. While we were mixing the cement and pouring the inside perimeter of the closet, I pushed myself way too far and developed Sciatica. For those of you who have never experienced this , it is by far the most painful condition ever. It is like an electric steel rod running from the back of the thigh to the lower back. I cannot sit or walk or stand with out excruciating pain. It is even hard to lay down comfortably.The building will have to wait. I (Mariah) have to still go to work in town to keep the flow of money. Richard has had to drive me because I can't begin to even try.
I am getting acupuncture and using a ton of Traumeel Cream which is REALLY helping a lot.
I did try over the counter pain stuff (not something I ever do), but that did not do a thing. So it is slowly getting better & Better.......
