More Trim.....

Even though we had eletricity Richard hand cut all the trim. He wanted the control and the hand shaped look.

We planned the opening for the air conditioning window unit which we bought before we finalized the opening.
The roof trim was fabricated by a metal roofing company and we put gutters on to catch the water .It not only finishes the trim out but protects the wood from rot.
Here we planned for the front porch..This has to be done as part of the frame of the building. There is metal flashing that goes under the tin where the porch rafters meet the main building. This insures that water will not leak into the building frame.
